What to eat while we trekking

When we go out to enjoy a day of trekking or hiking, it is important to bring the right food for all the way.

To travel a  trekking circuit, we depend on our physical resistance, but also on what we ingest. Although the muscular demand of  trekking  is not extreme, because  this activity  is performed during the periodlong periods of time, it is important to pay attention to feeding. Our body is consuming energy as we walk. That's why we need to feed properly to acquire the  nutrients  we need.

It is important to incorporate complete and nutritious foods at each stop, such as  carbohydrates . Rice,  pasta , vegetables and  fruits are some of them. This is essential to maintain the glycogen reserve, muscle fuel.  Proteins are also important, to replenish the loss of enzymes and muscle fibers spent during exercise. To do this, you have to eat  cheeses , meat, chicken or  fish . In addition to food, it is essential to make sure to bring a good  water reserve.
