The city of Rosario designed a set of urban walks with tourist attractions that can be visited at a very low cost or even free of charge .
The Children's Triptych, composed of The Island of Inventions, The Children's Garden and The Childhood Farm, are three of these spaces, with surprising proposals and games and activities out of the conventional that can be accessed by paying only 40 pesos.
The Secretary of Tourism of Rosario, Hector De Benedictis, said that “other places to visit as a family are the Lavardén Platform and the Gallardo Museum, both with free admission.”
These proposals are completed with visits to the Astronomical Complex , which allows you to observe the stars free of charge at the Observatory, or also access the Science Museum and Planetarium.
Economic tours can also be carried out in the historic center , through free guided tours that take place every Saturday, starting at 10 am from the municipal museum of Decorative Art.
The walking tour covers the buildings surrounding Plaza 25 de Mayo: the basilica Nuestra Señora del Rosario, the municipal palace and the Correos Palace, and continues through Pasaje Juramento, with a visit to the Monument to the Flag .
The central riverside opens an ideal walk to explore on foot, between the Monument to the Flag and the colourful silos that house the Rosario Museum of Contemporary Art.
De Benedictis said that “this walk covers about 20 blocks that cross green spaces interspersed by emblematic places of the city.”
