The International Music Festival Bariloche (Fimba) will take place until May 18.
The International Music Festival Bariloche (Fimba), which will take place until May 18 in the city of Bariloche, Rio Black, is a bet of this tourist destination to help promote citizens' access to cultural goods and encourage cultural tourism in the province, the organizers said today.
Former Minister of Tourism, Culture and Sports, and governor-elect, Arabela Carreras, stressed that “the festival greatly exceeds our expectations, first, because of the quality that director Martin Fraile has achieved through his cultural management”.
“ Today there are musicians from the world who want to come to be part of this Fimba, and we have practically closed next year's grid. This success moves and thrills us deeply, and it means that we can re-associate the Rio Black brand with international high level music,” he added.
El Fimba is a proposal by the government of Rio Black to reinstall the international music agenda in Bariloche, and has the backing of the Federal Investment Council (CFI) through the secretariat of Special Programs and Liaison, and the Joint Ente de Promoción Turística de Bariloche (Emprotur).
