Harmful chemicals are also not used in the formation of wine.   You can visit the winery with prior notice to take a tour of the facilities , as well as the vineyards, and end with a tasting.

The Bodega del Añelo is located by Route 7, before reaching the city of the same name. In the same region where this town  is located, there is also San Patricio del Chañar, known exclusively for wine activity.  Between its fertile valley fields, a modern facade building stands.
