This very special bakery is located within a farm dedicated to the production of olive oil and will work with organic flour and sourdough to accompany tourists who circulate during the day through the olive farm. Petersen will be for a year the visible face of Olivícola Laur, third best in the world and number 1 in Argentina, and Acetaia Millán, with its new event hall that has a large kitchen, bar and capacity to hold meetings inside where classes or cooking tips will be given. The place combines something unique in one place: to meet this establishment which, in addition to those mentioned, treasures centuries-old protected olive trees.
