Punilla Valley

The Punilla Valley is an ideal place to enjoy an unforgettable holiday. It is located west of the Capital and is watered of wonderful villages and villas that will surprise you.

Villa Carlos Paz is located practically at the main entrance of the Valley, about 40 km from the Capital by highway.

Valley by Calamuchita

The Calamuchita Valley is located in the centre of the province, 80 km southwest of the Capital. With the Sierras Chicas, the Sierras of Comechingones and Cerro Champaquí as natural frames of the region, is a dream place, with cities and villages ideal for holidays.

As the distances between the different points in the valley are short, it is desirable to “make base” in one place and, from there, know everything what the area offers.

Valley of Traslasierra

The famous Camino de las Altas Cumbres connects the capital with the majestic Valley of Traslasierra, located west of the Sierras Grandes and east of the Sierras Occidental. With almost 100 km completely asphalted, it allows access to twenty tourist resorts, among which important cities, communes and places stand out. The cities of Villa Dolores and Mina Clavero are the most prominent urban centers and are followed by the towns of Nono, Villa Cura Brochero, Las Rabonas, Los Hornillos, Villa de las Rosas, Las Tapias, San Javier, Yacanto, Luyaba and La Paz.
