Córdoba is the land of the dikes: more than ten throughout the territory are erected as masterpieces. All with amazing plans to enjoy.
In addition to our majestic mountain ranges, incredible rivers and imposing waterfalls, this province has many dikes to enjoy the summer. Among them, the most famous are the Los Molinos Dam, San Roque and La Quebrada Dam. Others such as Piedras Moras and Cruz del Eje, which have their own fans. Just 6 km from La Cumbre, the San Jerónimo dam is one of the most beautiful. It can be reached through a walking tour, which offers different attractions. From amazing panoramic views to spiritual retreats.
In Capilla del Monte, this dam is named after a type of horse. Chapel is already known for its special mystique, however, this dam gives it the final touch. It has a varied flora and fauna. Among its herbs, we find the indigenous tola-tola, piquillín, tramontana, carqueja and more.
At the touch of campsites and spaces that invite you to spend the night on the banks of this dam. It is located in Villa Giardino, and has all the necessary servicesto spend unforgettable days.
It is the key place for fishing for silverfish. Also for lovers of water sports. In this water mirror you can practice kayaking, sailing and more. It is a beautiful place to visit if you walk through the Traslasierra Valley.
Another little gem from the Chapel. The ideal freshwater mirror for boating and windsurfing. Fishing lovers choose it for their pejerreyes, carp, trout and perch. Although it's only lure fishing, and no live bait.
