Rural Tourism is one of the most important attractions in the province of Buenos Aires. Country landscapes, farms and gauchos are the most outstanding symbols of our pampa. Beyond the horizon, the province of Buenos Aires invites you to enjoy its vast plains and green pastures. Visit ranches, farms, fields, cottages, estates, plantations and wooded roads. Travel there to hear the stories of gauchos told in old pulperías or general bouquets.

Knowing the rural environment in contact with the fauna and flora of the pampa means not only doing it as a simple spectator, but also as a protagonist of tasks, milking a cow, kneading homemade bread, feeding farm animals or making cheese, experiencing emotions and sensations that the countryside can provide.

Towns, spread throughout the provincial territory, often appear along the railway network as a result of European immigration that colonized these lands. There are cities that retain their characteristics and keep the gaucha tradition active through their festivities, the architectural preservation of their buildings and the defense of their rural businesses.

In these places we can discover a “bowling” of general branches from the dawn of the last century, visit museums, participate in traditional festivals and see folk shows such as dressage, war and, for those who are encouraged, play guitar.

Exaltation of the Cross is one of those places that allow us to live the centuries-old rural tradition in this century. Open its doors to national and foreign tourism, allows us to know the customs and  traditions

The sunset or sunrise in Exaltación de la Cruz are something special. The tourism of stays allows the visitor to enjoy a country breakfast overlooking the sunrise or in the afternoon in the tranquility of the countryside and get carried away by as the sun says goodbye on the horizon.

These places to stay and spend the day offer top-notch services such as lodging, Creole shows and typical meals. The activities that can be done are those of a rural establishment (participating in rural chores, horseback riding, creole domas and ring races, country dances, stove and guitarreadas) to which are added recreational and sports activities such as horse riding, bicycles, guided walks and bird watching.

All establishments are cared for by their own owners and cultivate the art of receiving a warm welcome so that the guest can comfortably live the customs and history of the place.
