5 tips for trekking this summer

Encourage you to explore the beautiful landscapes of Argentina.

Our country offers countless wonderful places where you can go trekking, and summer holidays are an ideal time to do so. However, it is important to consider some recommendations to get the greatest satisfaction from this beautiful experience. 1) Prepare the route Before leaving, it is essential to learn about the conditions of the route: its level of difficulty, where it starts and where it ends, how many kilometers we will travel and how long it will take. 2) Find out about weather conditions As in any outdoor activity, for trekking we depend on the weather. Before leaving, find out what is the forecast for that day: there are weather conditions that prevent trekking. 3) I went out with special shoes and clothes To perform this activity, it is important to have appropriate shoes and clothes. The ideal is to have a shoe suitable for mountain, with a thick sole and waterproof. In addition, we have to wear comfortable clothes that allow us to move, and wear a coat. 4) Take a trekking stick The walking stick helps maintain balance and reduces fatigue in the knees and ankles. In addition, we are less at risk of strains. 5) Feed well and hydrate . For any walk, we must take at least one and a half liters of water, and drink it in small doses, but continuously: never have to wait for thirsty. As for food, it is important that we eat something light while walking, as well as having consumed foods rich in sugars and carbohydrates before going out.
