Potato Pumps

And yes: these potato bombs are a bomb! I told you.

Ingredients

  • For the puree:
  • Mashed potatoes 500 grs
  • Butter 1 tbsp
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Nutmeg 1 pinch
  • Parsley 1 tbsp
    For the filling:
  • Cooked ham c/n
  • Mozzarella c/n
    For frying:
  • Flour c/n
  • Eggs c/n
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Parsley to taste
  • Bread crumbs c/n

Preparation

Boil potatoes with peel. When they are done, peel them, step on them along with butter and seasonings. With a handful of the mixture make a ball and make a gap in the middle. Fill with ham and mozzarella in cubes. Close and beat through flour, beaten egg with parsley, salt and pepper and finally go through breadcrumbs. Re-go through egg and breadcrumbs again. Cool for half an hour and fry.
