San Juan always smiles at me

Abril, a young porteña, expressed her desire to live in San Juan and her post went viral on Twitter. We tell you the story.

San Juan me sonrie

A  tweet  of a young Buenos Aires has put the province of San Juan among Argentina's trends. April posted a message looking for specific information about some Sanjuanino sectors. Basically, he asked for information about work and accommodation. What surprised his followers and the twitterers who were joining his thread was the desire to live in that province.

The main question you received was what are the reasons for going to live in San Juan? April responded with a Top 5 things he loves in this province: “1 good and beautiful people, 2 semites, 3 landscape, 4 ring road, 5 portho, San Juan has EVERYTHING”.

Twitter, like any social network, is an ideal platform for spreading negativity. And the negative responses to the April publication began to come. The first negative and most warned was the heat. “Here it is hot 24/7”, to which the young Buenos Aires could respond with conviction and forcefulness: “To the heat you have to get used to it”.

Other comments were lack of work, poor services, among others. Reasons that did not alter the immutable desire to live in San Juan at all. Of course there were also comments that warned about certain shortcomings in San Juan. On a  sightseeing  maybe you don't see everything good and bad. And recommendations with good purpose will help April get better prepared.

His post was on Twitter, but we can say that, in addition, thousands of “friendship requests” came to him. Something that shows that unparalleled courtesy they have in the interior of the country, many also recommended places where he can look for work. Not all are good, there is no shortage of those who see a search and offer their company for other purposes. The experiences that lead her to live in San Juan are summarized in a phrase: “San Juan always smiles at me.” We will have to wait for new tweets from Parque Patricios, in  Buenos Aires , to the province of Valle de la Luna and the Cordillera.
