Argentines stood out with very good results in different specialties.

 The waters of Lake Rodrigo de Freitas in Rio de Janeiro received the continental exponents in the Lima 2019 Qualifying Regattas in what will be the Pan American Games. Several podiums and classifications everywhere for Argentine representatives.  

In an always demanding competition, Argentines stood out with very good results in different specialties. As is a healthy custom, many boats will say present at the top continental event with the Pan American Games in Lima, Peru.

In M2x Cristian Rosso and Agustín Díaz Argentina reached the gold medal. Same destination for the M4- by Axel Haack, Martín Laserre, Iván Carino and Rodrigo Murillo. On the other hand, Carlo Lauro and Alejandro Colomino (LM2x) and Sol Ordás with Oriana Ruíz (W2x) reached the bronze medal.

In addition, they won the runner-up Sonia Balluzzo and Milka Kraljev, got silver in the double light pair. Brian Rosso, Cristian Rosso, Agustín Díaz and Ariel Suarez achieved gold in 4x, while Sol Ordás scored silver in W1x, added to Martina Melgar's bronze in LW1x. The M2- of Agustín Silvestro and Francisco Esteras was 4th and the M4- by Facundo Fornieris, Ignacio Pezzente, Carlo Lauro and Pedro Dickson, was in 5th place. Argentina had quotas in 14 out of 15 boats for the 2019 Pan American Games in Lima.
