Bahia schools trained for the first time in the new stadium

The Bahía Básquet schools that make up the National and Development League held today for the first time their training at the Dow Center High Performance Center, which is built in Aldea Romana, on the outskirts of this city in southern Buenos Aires.

The teams gathered in the center of one of the courts of the center of the site, as there are three transverse, to carry out the training.
Technical director Sebastián Ginóbili said that “it is amazing to enter here, that it is in Bahía Blanca, because I am from here, I was born here and we took Casanova Stadium as the cathedral of basketball”.
“ Seeing this place seems incredible, that it has been done in the city with the impulse of Pepe (Juan Ignacio Sánchez) to have a place to train, so one is driven and given energy,” the DT added during a contact with the press.

The Dow Center, which is expected to start operating in the coming months, is located in the area known as Roman Village, on the outskirts of the city, where in addition to basketball courts will have 56 bedrooms, ten equipped apartments, dining room, offices and an area of 1,500 square meters that will include gym, space for innovation and creativity and a center for sports science.
The versatility of its arrangement will make it possible to turn the Dow Center into a stadium with a capacity of up to 4,000 seated spectators and host Bahía Basket matches, as well as official international meetings and other social and cultural activities.
