Hello, yogis and yoginis from Ser Argentino, namasté! I'm Patrizia.

Today I bring you a practice to strengthen abs, in addition to reviewing the whole body a little. Why are abs important? (beyond an aesthetic question...). Because the abdominal belt makes us support for the lumbar area, which is usually very sensitive to pain over time. Strengthening that zone and the back, we will create a bra so that the vertebrae do not collapse and damage the intervertebral discs.
