How to get what you want in 4 simple steps

Which areas of your life would you like to improve? I followed these concrete tips and make everything look easier.

After the holiday we realize that it is “now” when the new year really begins and those questions that vaguely accompanied our break are imposed in search of answers.

Which areas of our lives would we like to improve? Are they related to health, love, work? Any new purpose, something unfinished we always wanted?

The concept of setting targets is not new. But it is worth to refloat it and know how to route it in a simple and concrete way. It consists of 4 basic stages:


It is important that it is on paper and NOT on the compu. There is “something” that happens when we face a blank sheet that is uncomfortable but that at the same time makes us creative and lets us carry our mind through writing. Also, a posteriori it will be useful to visualize what is written.


It is important to clarify in detail and think about how we feel based on the desire for change and how this fact will affect our lives. This will help to better address possible obstacles along the way.


It is very likely that one does not have the slightest idea of how to deal with the goal, it is also very likely that one will aspire beyond possibilities. However, the important thing is to firmly hold the desire for change, as long as it does not become a pressure.

4) Practice and Constancy

Practicing is always an important key, nothing worse than NOT doing, than inhibition. Being constant is essential to not lose the focus of what we are looking for. Practice and constancy are the two essential factors to accompany and sustain the desired achievements over time.

Finally, it is worth remembering that we are human beings and as such we always need to give and receive help. Let us not forget that Argentina is the country with the greatest number of psychoanalysts on the planet willing to accompany the difficulties that life presents us.
