How do we look good without having to hide behind the filtered cameras?

Health and Esthetics

Make your skin SEY and NOT SEEKE.

Perfect faces with bright eyes, seductive lips and porcelain skin in each of the stories we see on social networks... So far everything is perfect, the problem is when we have to face face and we don't have those tools in real life, so...  how do we look like well without having to hide behind the filtered cameras?

Then the advice I give to all my patients, men and women, who want to have healthy, luminous skin without blemishes. In just 3 steps and from your home:

1- HYGIENE:  Use emulsion or cleansing gel to sweep dust particles or cream from the skin and prevent your pores from clogging.

2- HYDRATION:  If the skin is dehydrated, it is more prone to irritate and lose elasticity, followed by the appearance of superficial lines and  wrinkles .

Did you know that dehydrated oily skin exists? They're very frequent! So, no matter if you have oily or dry skin, hydration is essential for healthy skin.

For oily skin we will opt for a well-flowing moisturizing emulsion; while for dry skin, we prefer creams.

3-  SPF 50+ : Today, sunscreen is not an option and should be applied every day, in summer and winter. There are color, colorless, fluids and even compact (like makeup).

In this way, you prevent premature aging, spots and skin diseases such as melanoma and other cancers caused by sun exposure.

These 3 steps, repeat them in the morning and evening!

In addition,  vitamin C  and  retinol  have  anti-age  properties and we can find them in many presentations. Super recommended from the age of 25. So we can add them to your daily routine.
