I don't speak in every case, but sometimes ... and mostly, the fat that we accumulate in the abdomen is due to hormonal disorder . When we are under a lot of stress or neglect rest (FUNDAMENTAL) and do not sleep well, cortisol rises, a hormone that is directly related to the accumulation of abdominal fat.
You can fight patiently, of course, but keep this in mind!
Always eat at each meal a source of protein (chicken, meat, fish, eggs, legumes such as beans, chickpeas or lentils). Do not think that eating a salad full of leaves is nutritious and will make you lose weight ! You're going to manage to lose weight but completely flaccid. Protein has a double function in the body, accelerates metabolism by its thermogenic effect (calories that are spent to digest it) and helps to build muscle mass.
You can NOT miss vegetables in the dish, they provide satiety, help us to expel excess toxins and fat to have a deswollen abdomen and avoid fluid retention. How much? ¾ or ½ plate!
Do not have to eliminate carbohydrates , this myth already banished in an article, if you have to take care of the portion and choose the best quality carbohydrates such as oats, potatoes, quinoa, lentils...
DO NOT live to cardiovascular activities (running, walking, spinning, zumba), the ideal and what I advise since I started my career as a trainer is that you at least perform 3 times a week strength exercises, especially compound exercises where you work several muscles at the same time, because in exercises such as squats, deadlifts, lunges, push-ups, abdominal irons, intensively work the abdomen as a stabilizing center.
And finally... RELAX AND BE HAPPY. The Rhythm that the Argentine is running today is 500 km per minute. Yeah, by the minute. And that makes stress EVERYDAY and normal for everyone, but it doesn't... Life is so nice to live in a hurry and with so much on your head ! Those people who go deep and live bitter it becomes easier to accumulate fat in the abdomen, do not give the right to cortisol, I learned to relax and get down from that state, always in life there are worse situations and things that really do not have a solution.
