Hello yogis and yoginis from Ser Argentino, namasté!
Today I bring you a longer practice... cha chaaan... 40 minutes!
We cut with short practices and make a space for this one, which is a little stronger. Maybe for people who already have the body worked or who already have some muscle strength. It is of an intermediate/advanced level.
Let's go over the whole body, so make yourself a space in the day to dedicate it to you, to your well-being!
