Your role in the search for the ARA San Juan
Rafael Grossi was involved with the search for the submarineARA San Juan . In November 2017, he was responsible for transmitting to the Government news that the Comprehensive Nuclear-Test-Ban Treaty Organization (Ottce) had recorded an “anomalous, singular, short, violent and non-nuclear event, consistent with an explosion”.
