Not wearing a helmet is not having a head

Every  motorbike , moped or even bicycle driver knows very well that it is essential that they wear the helmet every time they ride on the public road. However, there are many people who do not use it. It is common to see drivers on the streets of Argentina with the helmet on the elbow or directly without a helmet.

According to helmet use measurements made by Luchemos por la Vida in  Buenos Aires City , in November 2015, 14% of motorcycle or moped drivers do not use it.On the other hand, partial surveys in the great Buenos Aires and localities in the interior of the country show much less use.

Now, why is it essential to wear the helmet? Because helmets cushion the  blows  and wounds on the head, so whoever uses it has a better chance to save his life, after a crash or a bad maneuver.
