An exhibition that brings together works by women artists will be inaugurated on Wednesday in the Buenos Aires Legislature, as the start of the celebration of International Women's Month.
“ Pristina” brings together works of the Women in Art group “11 Miradas” composed of Lucrecia Matnez, Carla Boyadzian, Cynthia Gómez, Mercedes Vallina, Guadalupe Fernández, Mercedes Muciaccia, Myte Doeswijk, Lorena Galdame, Carolina Rubira, Karu Barrios and Verónica Voi.
The exhibition “presents different views as the foundation of a complementary artistic amalgam, using as conceptual support a group exhibition approach,” said the organizers.
The works observe a variety of techniques and styles that enrich and manage diverse appreciations, from a reading aligned with a plastic approach.
The exhibition will open at 18 pm in the Manuel Belgrano Exhibition Hall of the Legislature, Peru 160, where a recital will be shared by the Duo “Barraza-Díaz”.
The exhibition can be visited until March 15, Monday to Friday from 11 to 19, in the basement of the Legislative Palace.
