How do we make ourselves look good without having to hide behind the filter cameras?

Let your skin be and not appear.

Perfect faces with bright eyes, seductive lips and porcelain skin in each of the stories we see on social networks… So far everything is perfect, the problem is when we have to face to face and do not have those tools in real life, so… How do we do look good without having to hide behind the filter cameras?

Here are the tips I give to all my patients, men and women, who want to have healthy, luminous skin without imperfections. In just 3 steps and from your home:

1-HYGIENE: Use emulsion or cleaning gel to sweep dust particles or traces of cream from the skin and prevent your pores from clogging.

2-HYDRATION: If the skin is dehydrated, it is more prone to irritating and losing elasticity, followed by the appearance of superficial lines and wrinkles.

Did you know that there are dehydrated oily skin? They are very common! Therefore, it doesn’t matter if you have oily or dry skin, hydration is essential for healthy skin.

For oily skin we will opt for a fluid moisturizing emulsion; while, for dry skin, we prefer creams.

3- FPS 50+: Today, sunscreen is not an option and it has to be applied every day, in summer and winter. There are colored, colorless, fluid and even compact (such as makeup).

In this way, you prevent premature aging, skin spots and diseases such as melanoma and other cancers caused by sun exposure.

These 3 steps, repeat them in the morning and in the evening!

In addition, vitamin C and retinol have anti-age properties and we can find them in many presentations. Super recommended from the age of 25. So we can add them to your daily routine.
