It is the par excellence drink for those who are coffee and chocolate lovers at the same time .
Many times it tends to be confused with cappuccino for its sparkling appearance , and although in reality mocca or mocachino always has a base of cappuccino or coffee with milk, it differs from these mainly by its characteristic ingredient: syrup, syrup or chocolate powder.
In some cafes it is customary to replace milk with milk cream , giving it a much creamier texture and taste.
You can also bring in your top grated chocolate, cinnamon or cocoa powder, whipped cream and of course sugar to taste.
To prepare it you should only mix freshly brewed espresso, with half a cup of milk (preferably evaporated) and at least two tablespoons of cocoa or chocolate powder. Then take another little to the fire until this creamy and ready.
