1 cup soaked almonds
1 tablespoon coconut oil
1 tablespoon bitter cocoa powder
1 teaspoon stevia
Soaking the almonds will make them a little softer, and, in turn, will serve to digest them more easily and take better advantage of their nutrients. Once this is achieved, we process them, but only a little, so that they do not form a uniform paste. Then, in a bowl, mix them with coconut oil, cocoa and stevia. Then assemble the balls and let them cool. End of the secret. You already have your almond and cocoa bites.
It's not just cookies. These are true, totally nutritious bites. Its ingredients are very accessible and not an expensive food. Once finished, it is ideal to store them in an airtight container that allows moisture to be preserved and does not dry out.

100 g nuts
It is key to choose a well-ripe banana. This makes it easier to step on it and you can mix the rest of the ingredients. First of all, we need to step on the banana until there are no solid parts left. Then in a bowl we add the oatmeal and mix. Next, chop the two bars of chocolate into very small pieces and sprinkle it on the banana mixed with the oats. We take a handful of the pasta and give it the form of cookies on a baking tray. Once we have the 6 cookies armed, cover them with baking paper and put them 15 minutes in the oven over medium-strong heat. Meanwhile, we chop the nuts and so, as soon as they come out of the oven, sprinkle the pieces on the cookies, so they manage to adhere before they dry.
Now you already have two alternatives to the typical toast or croissants that, it is true, are the classic food of the Argentine snack, but, from time to time, it is not bad to try new things.
