Vueltita a la Sangría

Today I invite you to give a Vueltita to the Sangria. It's a simple  drink  , but it has its magic. If you are encouraged, prepare the ingredients that I explain how to do it.

  •  Method : direct
  •  Ice : rocks
  •  Glass: wine glass 
  •  Decoration : lemon slice, orange slice

 ingredients 

  • 25 ml brandy
  • 40 ml Tempranillo wine
  • 12.5 ml Hesperidin
  • 150 ml Sprite
  • 2 tablespoons not very thick honey

 Preparation 

In a glass, dissolve honey in Hesperidin, brandy and  wine . Revolver. When the honey is dissolved, add the ice. Complete with Sprite and decorate with citrus slices.

 About the author 

I grew up in Pinamar, on the  coast  of Buenos Aires, facing the Argentine Sea, cradled by the tides, that movement of ascent and descent of the waters caused by the Sun and the Moon. The Atlantic Ocean and its horizon reminded me of the place from which my grandparents arrived. The sea is a metaphor for my life. I'm Renato Giovannoni, I was a waiter, gardener and a mason. I studied film in Los Angeles, I also like to draw and received myself as an advertising art director. But I chose to be a bartender, and everything I learned from the  places  and the people I knew I apply to my drinks. Living is also sailing, and there is a drink to accompany every moment. They know me as  Tato . Welcome to my sea.
