Do you want to surprise the family at Christmas? Here's an idea that doesn't fail.

For years I looked for my grandmother's recipe for Christmas cookies. I'm not going to lie to them: I never found her. But in the search I ran into these, which are not the same but are exquisite. ingredients :
  • 100 grams butter
  • 1 cup sugar 1
  • egg
  • 2 cups leavening flour
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence 1
  • tablespoon milk 1
  • teaspoon sweetened cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon ginger powder
  • half a teaspoon cardamom
  • half a teaspoon cloves
  • pinch of black pepper
 Preparation  or  n :Mix the butter with sugar, add the egg, vanilla and spoonful of milk.Combine the flour previously mixed with spices. Form a dough and let it rest ten minutes in the fridge.Roll out until half a centimeter high, cut the cookies and bake 10 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.
