To accompany white, red or fish meats.

auténtica Salsa criolla


- 2 Tomatoes cut into squares
- 2 Celery branches chopped thick or cut into squares
- 2 Medium onions cut into small squares
- 1 Green pepper, large equally cut and extracted the seeds

 Preparation :

The ingredients are mixed and seasoned with a well of olive oil, a well of water and a well of light vinegar and salt to taste.
Chopped garlic and ground chili pepper can be added to it.
