Raspberry cake

A recipe easy, rich and can be made with the fruit you like!

This recipe is an adaptation of my friend Federica's salted cake dough, because it's the same base but with sugar. It's easy, rich and you can experiment with the fruits you like best. I prepare it in summer with raspberries or plums and in winter with pears or green apples, but you can choose the fruit you prefer. It goes well with a combination of red fruits and can even be made with jam. Number of servings: 8 Difficulty: medium Time: 60 minutes Ingredients Mass: - Flour, 300 grs. - Butter, 150 grs. - Sugar, 150 grs. - Water, 1 tablespoon (soup) Stuffing: - Fresh or frozen raspberries, 3 cups. - Sugar, 1 cup Preparation Place the cut fruit in a bowl with sugar and leave half an hour in the refrigerator. Let the butter soften outside the refrigerator for half an hour. Then add the flour, the sugar and the spoonful of water and form a homogeneous dough with your hands (don't knead just form). Place the dough in a previously buttered pan (very slightly). Let the dough rest in the refrigerator for fifteen minutes, preferably covered with film. Then remove and add in the center the raspberries or the chosen fruit that you previously sugared. Cook thirty minutes at 170 degrees Celsius. Remember that each oven has its own type of cooking so you would have to look at how it is at twenty minutes so that it does not pass. It can be eaten warm and served with cream once it has cooled.
