With a little modification you can make a flan that kids are going to love.
This condensed milk flan is the favorite of children because it is sweeter than ordinary and is perfect with lots of dulce de leche. In addition, it is very easy to do.
For caramel: put sugar in a saucepan over minimum heat and when it starts to color stir until it melts completely. Remove it before it gets very dark and spray the flan mold.
For the flan : beat eggs with vanilla essence. Add the condensed milk and spoonful of sugar and stir until well mixed (can be gently whipped). Place in the pan and cook in a bain-marie at 160 degrees Celsius for 45 to 50 minutes. To unmold you have to wait for it to cool. Eat it with cream or dulce de leche.
Fruity tip: add chopped cherries or raspberries to the milk mixture and serve with cream.
