With a small modification you can make a custard that the boys will love.
This condensed milk custard is the favorite of children because it is sweeter than the common one and goes perfectly with lots of milk candy. In addition, it is very easy to do.
For caramel: put the sugar in a pot over minimum heat and when it starts to color stir until it completely melts. Take it out before it gets too dark and spray the custard mold.
For the custard: beat the eggs with the essence of vanilla. Add condensed milk and tablespoon of sugar and stir until well mixed (can be gently beaten). Place in the pan and cook in a water bath at 160 degrees Celsius for 45 to 50 minutes. To remove mold, wait for it to cool down. Eat it with cream or sweet milk.
Fruity tip: add chopped cherries or raspberries to the milk mixture and serve with cream.
