Nourrons stuffed with grill sausage

Strong. Very different and rich. Morrones with grill sausage. For the parri. Or for the oven, as in this masterful recipe.

A few different morrons. For the parri or the oven.

Ingredients

Morrón verde 1

Red Morrón 1

Olive oil

1 screw grill sausage

Salt

Pepper

Purple onion 1

Arugula 1 tied

Grate cheese 200 grs

Procedure

 For the morrons,  cut them to the middle longitudinally. Cook them for 5 minutes in a strong oven on oiled plate.

 For the filling,  sauté the grill sausage in skillet with olive, move into a bowl and mix with the rest of the chopped ingredients.

 For the assembly,  fill the morrons and bake medium on olive base.
