Fritters like granny did, but more modern.
Corn oil c/n
Flour 0000 1 cup
Milk 1 cup
Spinach 1 tied
Garlic 6 cloves
Arugula 1 tied
For the dough of fritters, in a bowl place eggs, flour, milk, salt, pepper and nutmeg.
Mix well until a thick paste is achieved, add more flour or milk as necessary.
For the filling, sauté the spinach and garlic chopped into olive and salt. Move into a bowl and mix with fresh arugula leaves.
For assembling, mix both preparations, take tablespoons and fry in hot oil.
