Spaghettis with olives sauce

Number of Servings: 4Difficulty: EasyTime: 35 minutes ingredients - Spaghettis or linguini (can be dry or fresh pasta), 500 grs.- Medium white onions, 3 u (you can put purple onion but the color to this recipe is given tomatoes and olives, and the purple onion is always protagonist for its color) - Medium fresh tomatoes, 4 u- Sprigs of basil, 4 u- Black olives without carozo cortaditas, 150 grs.- Capers 50 grs.- Olive oil, 4 tbsp.- Salt, to like- This recipe is friends with a ground garlic clove, but this ingredient is optional. Preparation on Gravy : Cut the onion into small cubes and tomatoes into small squares. In a saucepan, saute the onions and tomatoes with olive oil until well soft (fifteen minutes over minimum heat), add half a teaspoon of salt and two minutes before turning off the heat add the cut basil, capers and olives. Cover the pot and let rest fifteen minutes. After that, it can be served. Noodles Preparation: boil with salt and a tablespoon of oil as directed on the package and serve with the sauce.
