Soup for the cold

Take this garlic soup with chorizo, with ham and egg crunchy, and I swear you're able to go out into the street in chomba in the winter.

Sopa para el frío

An  ideal  soup to combat even the harder  winter  . Besides, it's delicious.


  • Olive oil 3 tbsp
  • Garlic cloves 10 pcs
  • Chopped celery branch Ripe
  • tomatoes 4 pc
  • Chorizo Colorado chopped 2 unid
  • Raw ham 200 grs
  • Old and hard bread 1/2 kg
  • Paprika 3 tbsp Ground chili pepper
  • 1 tbsp
  • Ground
  • black pepper 1 tbsp
  • Wine white 1 cup
  • Vegetable broth 1 1/2 or 2 lts
     For gratin 
  • Raw ham chopped 150 grs
  • Egg c/n

Sauté garlic and celery. Add the chorizo colorado. Include white  wine  . Add the  tomato , and then the  raw ham chopped and fried. Add bread, toast and chopped. Mix everything. Beat until a puree is generated. Add the broth and boil for 10 minutes. Serve and add the raw egg in the preparation (1 per casserole). It's going to be cooked only in the heat of the soup.
