Cheese and oregano scitos

Sconcitos fast and delicious!

The Argentinian asado on Sunday can not miss the typical mixed salad and potato and egg salad. But over the years I added hummus, bean salad and other specialties that also became classic. These cheese scritos are fast and you can serve them warm when guests arrive. To try! Ingredients -100 grams of butter-100 grams of grated cheese-2 eggs-1 and a half cup of leudant-oregano flour and salt taste Preparation: Mix in electric blender the butter at room temperature with the cheese until it forms a paste. Add eggs and seasonings and beat again. Once joined add the flour and go forming a dough with your hands. If necessary add one more tablespoon of flour. Roll out the dough until one centimeter high and cut the sconitos with mold. Bake 10 to 12 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.
