Salad of pasta and vegetables

Fresh and light, this little salad is a genius that we import from our beloved Italy. But it is popular almost all over the world.

In summer, in addition to eating fresh things, we make ourselves light. Well, this recipe is ideal for both things. A salad that combines the freshness of vegetables with the light of the pasta.

Cook yourself a dry pasta. Typically, this dish is made with penne rigatte. Then pour it into a bowl and add, for example, raw ham, cherry tomatoes, black olives, capers, celery, cucumbers, purple onion and cheese.

Season with olive oil, pesto, vinaigrette; and, of course, salt and pepper.
