Pears with baked tea
Use a fountain where they fit tight. Tea helps steam, and cook fast, plus perfume with the taste you chose. Sprinkle with sweetener and cinnamon.
Soft oven 30/40 minutes, until tender.
( During cooking, you can bathe with more tea , if you see it evaporates very quickly)
Let warm and serve.
Light vegetable and tea omelette
Here it goes without a prescription , because it's more of a tip than a series of steps.
Make black tea , or oolong, without perfumes, as I already taught you (90°, 3 or 4 min infusion) When ready, use it to cook any vegetables you prefer! Spinach , mushrooms , healthier than in oil. Then add whipped whites and seasoning to taste, with salt and pepper. Glup!
Cheer up and contaminate.
