Boil potatoes with peel. When they are done, peel them, step on them together with the butter and seasonings. With a handful of the mixture make a ball and make a gap in the middle. Fill with ham and mozzarella into cubes. Close and put through flour, beaten egg with parsley, salt and pepper and finally pass through breadcrumbs. Go back through egg and breadcrumbs again. Cool for half an hour and fry.
