Portuguese language with papines

  • Tongue 1
  • Vegetable broth 3 liters
  • Papín 500 grs
  • Onion 2
  • Red Morrón 1
  • Morrón verde 1
  • Garlic 2 cloves
  • White wine 100 cc
  • Crushed tomete 1 liter
  • Ground chili pepper
 Procedure:  For the porridges, boil them in water and salt, with skin, and crush. For the tongue, boil it in broth for 2 hours and defatter. Cut into slices. Take the nudges and cut into slices and brown them in frying pan with olive. Add whole garlic and crushed porridges, peppers and onions into rings. Deflaze with white wine and add the crushed tomato.
