Pasta frola... Fit and vegan

Few ingredients and quick to make. I swear it's a delight!

In a bowl put it dry (Mix well).

In a jarrito put the 2 tablespoons of coconut (cold), and heat it over moderate or micro heat until melt. You join that with the dry bowl and add the sweetener you chose.

With your hands mix everything and reserve 1/2 cup of the mixture (for later).

In a silicone mold I put the preparation and crush to attach everything.

Above the jam to taste, or quince like classic, and above you put the 1/2 cup of the mixture we reserve.

Take it to the oven 15 - 20 minutes approx. Until browned, take it out and let cool well... then unmold and listoooo!!
