Pasta frola... Fit and vegan

Few ingredients and quick to make. I swear it's a delight!!

Pasta Frola fit

  • 1 cup oatmeal
  • 1 cup coconut flour
  • 2 CDS soup coconut
  • 2 tbsp honey (or sweetens you use) Scent
  • of salt
  • Vanilla extract or z
  • est of some citrus (optional, if you do not have anything)
  • 1 cup jam or quince


In a bowl put the dry (Mix well).

In a bowl put the 2 tablespoons of coconut (cold), and heat it over moderate or micro heat until melted. You join that with the bowl of the dry and add the sweetener you chose.

With your hands mix everything and reserve 1/2 cup of the mixture (for later).

In a silicone mold put the preparation and crush to unite everything.

Above the jam to taste, or quince like the classic, and above you put the 1/2 cup of the mixture we reserve.

Take it to the oven 15 - 20 minutes approx. Until golden brown, take it out and let it cool well... then unmold and ready!!
