Onion tart and brie cheese

Sometimes passing the recipe for a cake seems to me the NO recipe, because since I like to mix and see what comes out I imagine that everyone happens the same. But I have friends who still have the decal that came with the oven very new and they need the step by step, just like when the interior designers explain something to me and ask Thirty times as a doorknob they want me to buy. That's why the explanation of this one also takes a step apart the “caramelized” of onions, a process that can kill those who do not like to cook.

  • 1 lid of puff pastry cake
  • 2 caramelized white onions
  • 2 sprigs of green onion 100 grams of
  • brie cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 50 grams of grated cheese
  • Pinch of salt


To caramelize the onions cut them and put them to fry over minimum heat in the oil in a pot with lid until they look transparent. Add sugar and vinegar and caramelize gently stirring. For the rest of the filling, beat the eggs with grated cheese, green onions, salt and brie previously cut into cubes. Add caramelized onions, fill and bake 20 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius.
