In a glass of whiskey (short) put a sugar cube with three droplets of Angostura.

Add a little water and mash the clod into a syrup.

Ice. Plus half the bourbon or whiskey. Revolve.

Add more ice and the other half of bourbon. And I swirled again.

Add a twisted orange peel to it (so that essential oils appear).

There are those who add a cherry in syrup to it, to make it more attractive to the eye.
