For mozzarella milanese, cut it into wheels and go through flour, then by beaten egg with salt and pepper and finally breadcrumbs.
Repeat the procedure, reserve them in freezer until frozen and fry in hot oil.
For double tomato sauce, moisturize dried tomatoes in boiling water for 10 minutes and process together with cherry tomatoes, garlic cloves and basil leaves. Once processed, add oil in necessary quantity and emulsify until the right consistency is achieved.
