They say vanilla is the flavor of childhood. I don't know where I heard that but I'm sure there's nothing more homey than the smell of a dough with vanilla coming out of the oven. Here's an option to aromatize the kitchen at tea time. Number of servings: 12 Difficulty: Medium Time: One hour Ingredients: Butter, 125 grs. Impalpable sugar, 230 grs. Eggs, 3 u Milk, 50 ml. Vanilla extract, 1 tbsp. Flour, 230 grs. Maize (cornstarch flour), 30 grs. Baking powder, 1 tbsp. loaded soup tureen Preparation: Beat the butter with the sugar and vanilla, then add the eggs, milk, and little by little the flour previously mixed with the cornstarch and baking powder. When a uniform mixture is formed, pour into each muffin mold (you can use a sleeve or a soup spoon) and cook at 180 degrees centigrade for fifteen to twenty minutes. Tip: You can add chocolate chips (now sold packaged in the supermarket).
