Peppers filled with barbecued sausage

Una receta fácil, rica y económica.

Morrones rellenos


  • Morrón verde
  • Morrón rojo
  • Aceite de oliva
  • Salchicha parrillera
  • Sal
  • Pimienta
  • Cebolla morada
  • Rúcula
  • Queso de rallar


Para los morrones, cortarlos al medio longitudinalmente. Cocerlos por 5 minutos al horno fuerte en placa aceitada.

Para el relleno, saltear la salchicha parrillera desgranada en sartén con oliva, pasar a un bol y mezclar con el resto de los ingredientes picados.

Para el armado, rellenar los morrones y cocer al horno medio en base de oliva.
