I knew how these cakes were born, now a classic in the author's kitchen.

On Sunday nights, when I can't think what to cook, I open the fridge, look fixed and choose from what little remains. That's how these cakes were born that are now a classic in my kitchen. ingredients ፦4 medium tomatoes-12 tapas of puff pastry -250 grams of goat cheese (soft) -Salt and oregano to taste-50 grams of black olives (optional) -2 tablespoons olive oil Preparation :Cut the tomatoes and cheese into square.Saute three minutes in olive oil and seasoning.Add the olives to the preparation, fill the cakes and bake 15 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius or until golden brown. Freshness Tip:  add fresh basil to the mixture before stirring.
