Mexican steak sandwich

Ingredients for this Mexican sandwich, but with well Argentine steak

  • Eye of steak 8 steaks
  • Salt
  •  Marinated
  • Pepper
  • :  
  • Olive oil to taste
  • Lime 2
  • Orange 2
  • Garlic 4 cloves
  • Coriander 1 handful
  •  Green sauce:  
  • Avocado 2
  • Green onion 2
  • Garlic 3 cloves
  • Coriander 1 handful
  • White vinegar to taste
  • Lemon juice 2
  •  Armed: 
  • Rugula
  • Bread
  • Tomato
  • Lettuce

For steaks, hammer with kitchen hammer to enlarge and pepper.

Place in a bowl with the marinade (chop the garlic and cilantro and add the orange, lemon and olive oil juices), cover and reserve in refrigerator for 2 hours.

Grilled on both sides.

For the sauce ,  place all the ingredients in a blender, pepper and blend well. Add olive to taste if the consistency is very liquid.

For sandwiche s,  place the steaks in the bread and season with the green sauce, complete with arugula.
