Meatballs or meatballs?

It doesn't matter what you call them. Meatballs (that's what I call them) are an ideal setting for winter. Caloric and super rich.

Gastronomy
Albondigas

ingredients

  • Rice 1 kilo
  • Onion 2
  • Peas 100 grs
  • Green onion 2 branches
  • Garlic 2 cloves
  • Tomato puree 400 cc
  • Parsley
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Vegetable broth 1 and 1/2 liters

 Meatballs 

  • Minced meat 1 kilo
  • Garlic 1 clove
  • Flour c/n
  • Paprika
  • Oregano
  • Salt

Preparation

In a bowl place the minced meat along with garlic and seasonings. Knead well. Make the albondiguitas, pass through flour and bring to a strong oven for a few minutes.

For  rice  make a vegetable broth. In the pan, anchor the chopped vegetables. Add rice and pearly. Add the  broth , continue cooking without stirring. Finally add the  tomato  puree and peas, spruce and finish with the meatballs above.
