We all know that a high dose of cholesterol is bad. Beyond 220, it's worrying. We also know that there are two types of cholesterol. The “good” and the “bad”.
Cholesterol is a mixture of fats and proteins that the body needs. The “good” takes care of bringing that mixture to the liver, so that it synthesizes it. The bad guy, covers the veins. So you have to be very careful.
If we are with cholesterol too high, it is always good to start a diet. And it is always good that that diet contains all or several of these 6 elements that we tell you now.
Red morrons . Because they have a lot of vitamin C . More than twice as much as an orange . The problem is that we consume little, because we use it as an accompaniment.
Fish . Blue (sardines, anchovies, tuna) and white ( trout , salmon). Because of its unsaturated fatty acids.
The famous seeds . The most recommended: linen and chia. For omega 3 and fibers.
Avocado and olives . Fatty acids. Olive oil also provides its own, above the other oils.
Walnuts, almonds, hazelnuts and all nuts . Eye: they provide fiber, fatty acids and lots of minerals , but they get fat.
