A super refreshing preparation and ideal for all those who practice sports, due to the amount of electrolytes that it provides to the body.

An  ideal  juice for sports.

Liquá watermelon with green lemon (the little ones used to prepare caipirinhas), some mint leaves and coconut water (half a cup).

Coconut water mixed with watermelon, provide electrolytes that will moisturize your muscles and prevent cramps.

Besides, it's very refreshing.
